This is what we did in class: 

First, worked on the READING section on pages 28 and 29. We only do them on holiday.

Then, we spent some time doing the speaking on page 29.

After that, we started section 2B.  page30. Here we started with the GRAMMAR section. and worked on the Grammar Bank section, page 207.
